A few words about me...

Welcome!!!

My name’s Sławomir Staszewski and I was born in 1975. At present I’m living in Bytom – a city in Upper Silesia. I am a computer scientist and an IT teacher in Higher School no.4 in Chorzów.

I’m very fond of photography as well as discovering interesting (and often forgotten) places in Poland – I do my best to get round to it if I have a moment to spare.
I’m mainly interested in landscape photography, recently I’ve been trying my luck in portrait photography, though. I endeavor to picture any intriguing objects – especially those characteristic of areas where different cultures have been mixing and melting for a long time. By the way, it is quite easy to notice that I’ve been mostly attracted by the north-west region and the eastern borderland of Poland.
